By accessing, reviewing, or engaging with Salimu Sanitation LLC ("Company," "we," "us") in any capacity — including service requests, correspondence, or review of company materials — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all engagement with the Company.
Salimu Sanitation LLC is a limited liability company duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida (Document No. L24000465617, FEI No. 33-1799379). The Company provides sanitation services and is operated by its Authorized Members, Yohance A. Salimu and Mwewa L. Salimu, as recorded with the Florida Secretary of State.
Salimu Sanitation LLC provides sanitation and related environmental services as defined in applicable Florida law and regulations. All services are provided pursuant to a signed service agreement or work order. Nothing in these Terms or general communications constitutes a guarantee of specific outcomes or a binding service commitment outside of an executed agreement.
Only Yohance A. Salimu (AMBR) and Mwewa L. Salimu (AMBR) are authorized to formally bind Salimu Sanitation LLC in contracts, service agreements, or official representations. Tammy S. Beach (AR) may act within the scope of authorized administrative responsibilities only. No other individual may act on behalf of the Company without explicit written authorization.
All service engagements are governed by separate written agreements. Salimu Sanitation LLC operates in compliance with applicable Florida environmental, sanitation, and business regulations. Clients are responsible for providing accurate property information and maintaining access for scheduled services as agreed in service contracts.
All materials, trade names, branding, service methodologies, and proprietary information associated with Salimu Sanitation LLC are the exclusive property of the Company or its authorized licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Salimu Sanitation LLC, its authorized members, authorized representative, registered agent, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from any service engagement, reliance on Company materials, or communication, beyond the scope expressly covered in a signed service agreement.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Okaloosa County, Florida.
Salimu Sanitation LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued engagement with the Company following any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.
